About the Sales Coach
Welcome!
My name is Oxana Andrienko, and I am based in the United Kingdom. I bring over 15 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong background in software sales, conference sponsorship, and various services within the energy sector. Over the past 12 years, I have successfully built and led sales teams, as well as developed and implemented sales processes and market entry strategies for the UK market at several energy companies.
Throughout my career, I have come to appreciate the significant role that psychology plays in sales. Understanding how potential clients think and process information—especially around pricing and product value—has been crucial to my success.
I also wanted to recalibrate my own mindset because I was getting stressed about rejections, taking it too personally and didn’t take care of my wellbeing, because let’s face it: sales is a very stressful job! So I graduated from University of Cambridge with a Cognitive Psychology Diploma, and now being able to read client’s minds helps me to close big money deals and stay calm. I used to lose deals that were supposed to be closed, but now I understand why. And I will teach you how to avoid losing sales deals like I am now.
Currently, I am managing several major deals, including a few valued at approximately £1.5 million. Despite the challenges, I am navigating them effectively by prioritizing both performance and personal wellbeing.
